Each plan includes Shared SSL, Password protected directories, MsAccess Database support. Most scripting languages are supported.
The Easy CGI's Basic Plan for $9.95/month is the perfect solution for small to medium Web Sites that require moderate web space and basic database connectivity. A perfect plan for most Web Sites. It includes 50 POP3 email accounts, 10 FTPs, 5 data sources, password protected directories and other features. However if you need ColdFusion, Frontpage extension or MySQL database you should choose Intermediate or Advanced hosting plan.

Control Panel

Easy CGI provide own customer developed in-home control panel, which alows their customers to administer every aspect of their account 24 hours a day 7 day a week. Via control panel clients can see exactly what step their domain registration or transfer is on. It keeps them informed about emails they must respond to or action they need to take. The Website/Domain management section allows customers to administer their web sites, email accounts, databases, domain contacts and more. User Services allows clients to view and administer their user information, billing options and account features.

You can reach support by Email or by toll free number. Their email support is considered quite good and effective. You will always get a useful reply, no matter if you are a current customer or you just need to ask some presale questions. We've sent them a lot of questions and each our email sent was answered fast and promptly.
Some ago they also added a toll-free line to their office, which is (1-866-327-9244). Phone support is available from 9AM to 5PM EST

Data Center

Many hosting companies outsource their technology needs or keep their servers in a remote location. Easy CGI maintains own Data Center located in the same facility as their corporate headquarters.

This way they can start advertising their domain name in their email address before they have a web site. This plan includes 50 POP3 email account, unlimited email forwarders, Web based email, SMTP server access and others.

Co-located Servers

As Easy CGI has own datacenter, they also offer Co-location hosting. All co-location space is located in 19" rack mount cabinets in secure, climate controlled building Servers connects to redundant high speed network that is monitored 24/7.
Easy CGI's Co-location includes Bandwidth Utilization Reports, Free Reboots and Power Cycles, Free Server Monitoring, Free Primary and Secondary DNS an other.
