Neo Web Hosting has been providing services to the web hosting industry since 1996. They offer 3 packages with same features but with difference in diskspace and bandwidth. All packages include common features such us control panel, private CGI-bin, PHP, Perl, Java support, SSI, Custom Error Pages, MS Frontpage Extensoin, Web Based statistics and more.

Control Panel

Neowebhosting.com provides Cpanel Control Panel which allows you to control a lot of things, including email accounts, MySQL databases, custom error messages, password protected directories, setting up forum, shopping cart, chat room, cron jobs, sub domains, MIME types, apache handlers, search engine submission, free CGI scripts and many more.

Customer Support

Their Email support is not quite fast. We mailed them once inviting them to send us their plan names and details. They replied later and adviced to look through their site for this information. We mailed again and asked their Basic Plan details but after that we didn't hear from them again. We guessed they had a hard time answering our questions because their plan details are so vague. We didn't ask them again, because we knew that even if they submitted the details to us, we would still question the accuracy of the information submitted.

Member forum is available, but there are just too few people participating in it. For the last few months, the forum has been so quiet that you really forget about its existence.

Reseller Hosting

Reseller hosting Neowebhosting.com offer also 3 reseller packages from $15/mo for 10 Gb Storage, 20 Gb Transfer and unlimited domains to host.
We mailed them to ask if they provide personalized namesers for their resellers but got no answer, so obviously they didn't.
However if you going to become reseller, you should choose the host which offers Private Label Reseller account providing you with a look of independence and make it appear as if you run your own webhosting operation. If you are interested in reseller account you should consider one of the Hostony's reseller offers.

Conclusion

The site looks cool but it does not say much for there hosting. Their server is not realy that fast and they dont display the prices for there plans realy. If I were looking for a webhost I would not use them.
